Problem

Palm Desktop version 4.0 or greater is required to install Tarascon to a Palm PDA.

Solution

Please visit the Palm website to download the lastest version of the Palm Desktop Software. If your device was made by a manufacturer other than Palm, please visit the website for your manufacturer to get the latest Palm Desktop supported by your device. Once you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Palm Desktop, you should be able to install Tarascon.
