This message typically occurs when the username of your PDA has changed or you have gotten a new PDA.
Solution
If the username of your PDA has changed and no longer matches the "identity" indicated in your Tarascon account , please contact Technical Support with the new username of your PDA.
If the username of your PDA has not changed and matches the "identity" indicated in your Tarascon account, please contact technical support and include a description of the error and the fact that your username matches what is shown on your account page.
