What discount do participating institutions receive?
Participating groups will receive 15% off * with additional promotions run at various points throughout the year. The discount is valid for all products at usbmis.com except Sanford Guide products and already discounted software bundles.

What is required to enroll my group?
Groups that wish to enroll must have a program director, faculty department head, etc., contact sales@usbmis.com. Since enrollment will create no obligation on behalf of the institution, there are no contracts or paperwork. The contact person is required in order to pass the discount information onto the group.
How do the students, interns and residents at my institution obtain the discount?
USBMIS will create a coupon code, which will be distinct to your organization. We will ask the contact person to distribute this coupon code to the members of your institution. The discount can be obtained by simply entering the coupon code in the USBMIS Store at checkout.
Are there any fees involved?
There are absolutely NO fees to enroll in the Institutional Discount Program. In addition, there are absolutely NO requirements to purchase and no obligations whatsoever. The Institutional Discount Program is simply our way of giving back to the educational community.
How long will the coupon code work?
The coupon code is valid for a full year. After the coupon code expires, you will have the choice whether to have a new code created or not, but a new code must be created in order to continue receiving discounts at our store. Please contact sales@usbmis.com to get a new code.

3. The COUPON CODE will be emailed to you and you will be asked to pass this information on to your group via a listserv email or a secure place on the group’s website.
